Hi

The carbs are all the same for all models, only the jetting changes for different countries, I have used the all balls kit for my UK bike with no problems - see here.

Also loads of my customers have used them, think the only problem has been caused by a non-standard bike, but then you could clean and use you old jets if needed.

Hope that helps.

Steve

Hi Steffen and welcome to the forum!

If you re-use the pilot jet, don't forget to ream it with a bit of copper wire - see here.

Brian

The pilot jet needs special attention as its hole is tiny and easily blocks. Spray it through with carb cleaner but, most importantly, ream it with a piece of soft copper wire to make sure any old petrol deposit or debris is cleaned out. Blocked or partially blocked pilot jets are the biggest cause of poor slow running on a TTR250.

Do you have the complete TTR or just the carb?

Regarding the cost of shipping the kit to Germany, I am pretty sure that if you put in your address details on the order it will give you the cost before you pay so that you can back out if you aren't happy with it.

Brian
