I’m looking to undertake an adventure next year, expecting to do around 8000 miles or so. I’ve considered the big BMW twins, 600cc and even 450cc bikes, but have arrived at having a lightweight bike, the likes of which the ttrs appeals.
With this aim in mind, I’m looking to obtain a ttrs or even a Raid version that I can rebuild and spec up accordingly. As this bike will be first and foremost a work horse, I’m not looking for an immaculate bike.
I’d consider a complete but dead bike, partial build project, or even a pile of bits.
