From April 2020 ALL new motorbikes / scooters in

New Zealand must have ABS...

I think there will be quite a few duel sports that will

no longer be imported... DR650 for one..

Don't know that any light dual sport or enduro bikes have ABS, not sure on the law here in Australia but I think most road bikes must have ABS

Going back to the DR650 I think it's days are numbered with air cooled engine

the DR650 is so old and never changed that it gets passed the EURO 4 requirements..
The minute it is changed in any way it then has to meet EURO 4... So they can not
even put ABS on it...

The KLR was up graded... series 1 and 2 models... so it had to meet EURO 4..
The XT660 R/X/Z were to new they had to conform ...
