So, I have decided to sell my TTR to make way for another project.

Bike is a 1993 OE model which I have converted to a Supermoto as I use it most days to travel to and from work.

Few nice little mods to make it really individual but has the usual marks and scuffs for a bike of this age.

Has had the sprag and starter replaced along with a new clutch and springs, digital speedo works although i have no idea of the mileage as the bike had no speedo when i got it.

Starts on the button every time and with the Supermoto conversion is great fun on the road. Exhaust has a great sound but also has a removable baffle which can fitted if preferred.

Probably one of the nicest modded TTRs I've ever seen! Looks really nice with the metal tank too.

Can I ask about your front wheel setup? Did you use a TTR hub or brake calliper bracket - and if it's the latter would you mind taking a photo of it? I would love to compare it to the one I built!

Also would love to hear about your new project!

The wheels and spindles came from a WR125X, can’t remember the age of it right now but I can find that out. Used the WR rear spindle and just needed to chop down one of the spacers on the chain side and job done. The front I used the standard TTR spindle and again it was a straight fit. The brake disc on the WR front wheel is much bigger than the standard TTR one so i made a mounting bracket from a plate of Aluminium to reposition the brake caliper. Took a little work to get it aligned properly but I really pleased with the end result. It changed the riding position quite a bit as the front wheel is much smaller than standard but it rides so much better than with the nobblys.

Ill add some more pictures and get some of the caliper bracket as well

Just a single plate, 6mm or 8mm thick again I can’t remember which but I can always measure it for you

 I did this with mine originally, but I was worried that the clearance between the spokes and the new position caliper bolts was way too close for comfort, which is why I bought a TTR front hub and rebuilt the rim onto it s that I could use the standard front brake set up without the plate.

 To avoid this issue I made a 2 layer/stepped calliper bracket, this way the alignment is the same as the original calliper: 8111556174328_.pic%20(1).jpg

What is the headlight setup from or where did it come from? It looks mighty fine that bike does.

Quick update to say bike is still up for sale.

Engine oil and filter replaced, new fork seals added and bike now has 12 months MOT. Only advisory was for a small number plate.

Would like to get the bike moved on so am open to sensible offers, cash on collection only.

I do still have the original wheels which are NOT included in the sale but would be happy to discuss a deal with these as well if it helps.
