Need some help identifying...

I need some help determining the exact model of my TTR. The VIN is telling me that is a 1999 so I have that much down. I am trying to determine if I have a UK model or a US model. It has both electric and kickstart which, to my understanding, was only on the UK models; however, it does not have a speedo which should be on the UK model. This could have been removed when the current forks were installed. Or the kickstart could have been added.

I've attached some pictures that I thought would be helpful. Any help would be awesome. If you want to see pics of anything else that would be helpful for identification, let me know!

The front forks are off of a WR. That explains the lack of a speedo.

Got to be the US version (cause you're in the US smile).

I've never actually seen anything in person other than the US bike but the US wiring is super simple, no blinkers, brake light or side stand switch for example. Also the US version has no restrictor in the pipe (which would be just ahead of the slip on), can't really tell from your pix but it looks like the stock US pipe with FMF slip on, and no stand switch. I believe the carbs are the same, but different jets (137 main on the US).  You probably don't have the stock muffler but that would be another way to tell. I have a .pdf of the manual for the TTR250L(C) happy to send you but its 29MB, you can buy pdfs for pretty cheap also (I poached mine years ago no idea where).

There used to be this guy Jarra ... I think I have the TTR250L(C), you probably do too, check this thread:  https://ttr250.activeboard.com/t55938126/ttr250-catalogue-showing-different-models-and-years/ and this might be helpful too: https://ttr250.activeboard.com/t65508837/different-ttr250-models/

Looks the same as mine, and it is a US version.

One difference between the US frame and the ROTW is the rear subframe loop. The US one is plain like this:

Whereas the non-US frames have tabs for the number plate holder:

Also the LH US rear subfame strut only has a tab to hole the side panel in place:

whereas the non-US sidebars have mounts for a toolbox:

Thats a real nice bike. Very clean and looks low useage.
Someone has spent some $$ on it with KYB YZ USD front end, bar risers, FMF pipe.

And if its a 99, start of the blue machines its number 4 produced.. Cool.
