Hi,

I fitted the jets from the all balls kit, however the bike is running rough.  it accelerates ok but pops through the silencer, on steady throttle it hesitates but no prblem starting.  it takes a bit of time sometime for the tickover to settle down.

Hi Rob

Where did you get the kit from?

All balls air screw has the wrong size O ring in it.

Hi Rob

I can't find a Rob M on my system from surrey that ordered one, was it under another name?

Please Pm if you prefer?

Is your bike standard, with no mods to the airbox, snorkel attached and original exhaust or Motad?

Did you replace the airscrew O ring with the one I supplied?

I fitted the kit to my bog standard bike and it worked a treat.

Steve

Cheers!

pm sent so I replaced the air screw and jets from the kit, also the gaskets.

I did check for leaks on the inlet but that seems ok

Thanks for the pm Rob

Something must be going wrong somewhere, sold a lot of these kits, me and Brian both fitted them to make sure they worked properly.

could it be the inlet stub, sometimes they may look ok, but can de-laminate, also check the rubber o ring on the inlet stub is not flat and letting in air.

Any info about the airbox etc, as I mentioned in earlier post, that could be affecting things?

Also the post from firestorm about his problem solving on the losing power thread may help.

Edit bit

When I got my WRF it was not running good at all, found in the box of parts the guy gave me the snorkel, put it back on and all ran perfectly. Think the problem was all, the cables and breather pipes were held in place by the snorkel and when it was removed, they were all covering the airway and restricting the flow. (opposite of what he was trying to do!)

Hope this helps.

Steve
