I've been away to Portugal so not much done the past week on the bike. I have recovered my seat with the help of my friend who runs an upholstery shop. He did a great job, I would never have got it fitted so tight. My graphics also came from D&D graphics in Sri Lanka. Excellent service from them and great product. I also fitted Micro indicators to the rear fender and started to rebuild, rewire and test.

Made a good job of the seat. Very tidy.
I would recommend you bend the number plate back a bit more - a heavy landing and the wheel will hit it either ripping off the plate or bending the rear subframe. (Ask me how I know!)

My project is almost complete...thank God 😫. Today i fitted new fork gaitors, headlamp, handlebar grips, bush guards and graphics to various parts of the bike. I also fitted all the switch gear that I stripped down and serviced. Full electrical check and it all works....phew!. Just waiting on my carb service kit and chain to go along with my new sprockets. Also have a new oil filter and oil change to do. Oh and fit new plug and air filter .im sure I will find something else to replace the more I look but I'm very happy with how she looks. Hope she runs the same! Question - do you think the original tank decal looks on with the new graphics from D&D?
