Rear shock compression damping knob stuck
Permalink

Hi guys,

Small problem with the compression damping clicker on the reservoir of the rear shock on my bike. It doesn't like to turn or click

It rotates a few degrees either way but seems to be pretty stuck and I don't fancy forcing it.

This is the closest picture I have of it currently, any ideas as to whats up?

Whatever you do, don't try and force it with the black plastic knob coz it'll break - don't ask how I know! disbelief

Take the knob off, spray the spindle with WD40 and try gently rocking it back and forth with a pair of Mole grips or pliers to see if you can free it off.
