Has anyone got a HPI trade account.

 

I understand on a trade account its possible to check by frame number is a frame has ever been registered, if it has (and not stolen), its then possible to apply for a V5 with the reg number.

 

Happy to pay, there is someone called Yodi that keeps popping up on searches, but not responding to emails
