Hello everyone. 

I've had a 1995 (white metal tank) model for 3 days now. I haven't ridden it had enough, it needs some work done on it. I've also been looking for the service manual online including in this forum (a soft copy is good enough for me) with no success. Does anyone has a copy?

If you after a manual you can download one from totally ttr shop for about £3 that's what I done then I printed it off

Thanks Weston and Martin, I'll get the manual.

I have the blue model's manual. My front brake pads are worn but still has approx 2 mm maybe 3 mm of 'meat' left...But the disc is rubbing against the circled parts of the caliper bracket. It will take some time before I get replacement pads. According to the blue model manual, the pad wear limit is 1 mm. Is there something am missing here?

Hi Tom and welcome to the forum!

Are you sure your pads are rubbing on those points as they shouldn't be anywhere near them. I am pretty sure they are the threaded holes that the caliper retaining bolts use. See photo below.

They are rubbing on the disc not the pads. I'll try to take a close up photo.
