This information got buried in another thread so I have given it a thread of its own and hope it will be useful to owners. As usual, let me know if you spot any flaws in it please 

Crankcase:

NB The crankcase bolts fitted to the later blue TTR models are slightly different to the earlier metal-tanked models.

The diagram directly below is for the blue model. 

These diagrams show the bolts used on the metal-tanked models 4GY1-3-5/4RR1 and 4WA1/4RR2.

4GY are the most common models but, if you aren't sure, there is help here

Clutch and generator covers:

I have identified the bolts against the gaskets. The reference numbers are in the pink frames.

Oil filter cover bolts:
