I could not start the bike of low voltage. I was running last time without issue. Then i left for a week.
So my thoughs were
old battery i fully charged it and left for a week or so. It is holding the voltage.
So, moved on rectifier change. I replace it from my other ttr but got the results
So, next peace im thinking to change alternator
In that case, it could be the digital speedo draining the battery. I had one do that back along. It would take a while but after about a week the battery would be dead flat. The speedo is on the battery side of the ignition switch so is still connected when the ignition switch is off.
The way I got around the problem was to extend the lead from the battery to allow me to put in an accessible connector which I disconnected when parking up.
Some useful tips in this thread - http://ttr250.activeboard.com/t56495231/battery/ - about checking the battery voltage when turning the engine over.

PS I was sceptical about the stator and rec/reg so also fitted a SparkBright Monsoons battery voltage monitor - see http://ttr250.activeboard.com/t57639742/sparkbright-monsoon-waterproof-battery-voltage-monitor/
PPS These photos show my quick fix connector which don't cut into the original loom and can easily be removed if required:
