Not a lot but it may help.
I tend to keep to half throttle or less for the first 50 miles and then do another 100 miles at three quarter throttle or less and then just drive in a way that you aren't "slogging" the engine until about 500 miles and then change the oil and start to ride it normally.
Slogging means using too high a gear whilst trying to accelerate.
