Has anyone found a replacement for the fragile rubber(?) lamp holders for the neutral/ main beam warning lights please.

As you have probably already guessed one of mine destroyed itself when being removed!

Bad luck Graham - been there done that!

The rubber holders deteriorate with age and seem to cement themselves into the binnacle cry

I think the holders on the blue TTRs are better but are too big unless you drill the holes bigger to take them.

I was never able to source an alternative and a new socket assembly from Yamaha is about £75 no

It is worth asking Steve if he has a good holder in his speedo spares box that you could solder onto your cables.

There again, if anyone has found a solution then please share it!
