Leaking Clutch Gasket

A few weeks back I noticed there must be an oil leak on the RHS as my wrapped exhaust was smoking a fair bit just forward of the join to the rear section.

I'd not noticed it before as the bike has mainly been out in the wet and the exhaust wrap gives off a fair bit of steam then anyway.

Upon investigation there was a nick in the gasket.

I tried spreading some gasket sealant over the area (has worked on previous trail bike) but this failed after 10 miles on the road.

So next day in work I ordered a new RHS cover gasket. (handy this working in a bike shop)

Everything went fine apart from the old gasket was well and truly stuck in places and took a fair bit cleaning to get it all off.

I'd only changed the oil before New Year and the bike hadn't done 150 miles, so I didn't want to dump the oil. So I laid the bike on the LHS after removing the tank full of fuel, front exhaust section, RHS footpeg hanger, kick start lever and rear brake switch.
