I've just pulled the forks apart on my bluey and changed the oil then pumped some air into the schrader valve (2.5psi) and they feel 100% better but where's the damping clicker adjuster that's mentioned in the manual? My bike only has the top fork tube nut and the air valve in the middle of that (see pic) There's no adjuster that clicks as far as I can see
Cheers Cubber. And there's me looking at the wrong end of the forks. Duh!. Big Allen screw bolt by the looks of it So- adjust the fork damping screw clockwise to increase damping and anti clockwise to decrease it, right?
In my experience there is a rubber plug in the hex-headed bolt that you prise out and underneath there is a slotted adjusting screw or clicker.
The pic below is of a very damaged bolt but it does show the screw clearly.

PS The Yamaha owner's manual is really good and has section on suspension adjustment with a much clearer diagram. You can buy online for very little money and download it right away - see http://totallyttrs.com/epages/699105d9-e4cc-4b32-b236-84e72cd67f84.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/699105d9-e4cc-4b32-b236-84e72cd67f84/Products/TTR-0378
Good advice! I removed the two rubber bungs and adjusted the screws out to 15 clicks. Both were clean and free turning. Stuck the rubber bungs back in and now I've got some sweet forks
