All Balls carb repair kit

Hi All

I have in the shop now the all balls carb repair kits, still don't know how to add that (here) buttonhmm so a link instead https://totallyttrs.com/epages/699105d9-e4cc-4b32-b236-84e72cd67f84.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/699105d9-e4cc-4b32-b236-84e72cd67f84/Products/TTR-0767

Now it states they are for the years 1999-2006 (Blue bikes) Has anyone tried them on their Raids or OE's? Can't see why they would not work, as they come with a matching pilot and Main.

I would appreciate some feedback if you have tried this, before I have to strip my OE carb down and test it.

The All Balls kit is amazing value for money and, with the addition of the two diaphragm O rings, should provide everything you need to rebuild your carb.

I have used one of Steve's kits on one of my carb rebuilds and it is spot on biggrin

Just bought new jets the other day but feel there are still enough goodies in this kit to justify it's purchase.

I used the kits on my Blueys, stock 137/50 jets like Steve says, at least on the kits I bought in the states.

Are they US stock jets? I thought stock UK bluey was 147/50

Hi Malcom

I do not know much about carbs, but they are advertised as TTR250 1999 to 2006, making them for blue bikes, but I can't see a reason why they would not work on the OE or Raid, as I run 137 / 50 on my white OE bike.

Let me know how you get on, I have sold 10 of the kits now and had some good feedback. From that I was able to modify the kits that are selling now and should be all sortedsmile
