I'll fill in the blanks, but wanted to show a before and after. Nearly everything has been replaced, frame painted, a few custom items added. Total time on the rebuild was two weeks

I recovered the seat, and could have heated and stretched the leather, but i actually prefer ruched leather so it worked out with less effort

Though i replaced a lot, many things i replaced were smaller items that i didnt take pics of. The whole body was plasti-dipped in gunmetal and hard coated.

After that many decals were hand made by myself with my plotter then installed. Most are three and four layer decals because its a cutter plotter not a printer plotter so each color has to be cut and assembled. Its a pain, but its worth it. :)

Heres the finished product all around. It was a fun build!

Heres the hard coat for plasti wraps https://www.pepboys.com/product/details/1292765/01060

this clear actually stays rubbery like the wrap but hard coats it so it wont peel or chip.

Thanks all! Leigh I like it because if you go in the woods or scrape the bike you just add more. No need to repaint everything. Also you can peel and change color anytime.

I've looked hard and long for a set of blinker turn signals that are small and won't get in the way on the trails. These are PERFECT. They are only $14 shipped for all 4 and they are bright. Their size is about the smallest bulb turns possible without using led and i wanted bulbs (I'm weird like that).  Can't beat the price and love the look

Also, i welded a custom cut license plate bracket that I made out of an L-bracket to the frame.

Lastly, I finally got a set of low profile mirrors for $10 shipped that are tiny enough to ride the trails and not catch the tree limbs. Since I've started on this bike it has been designed the way I want it from the frame up. I've finally gotten it the way I want. The only thing I have to do is get the switches I ordered which are delivered three days from now. I wanted custom switches and relays as well so I picked a set that had the features I wanted.

Nice, you don't fool around! And plated too!
But the front tire, you didn't let that go did you? It takes some doing to get a tire that bald.
I also have a TTR125, the "wife bike" (sorry wives), have you upgraded yours? I'm interested in 125 mods too.
