Hi guys n girls , ok is there a cheep n easy way to motard a ttr wile being able to switch weels ? Also is there an of the shelf big boar kit for the ttr ?
There's a 325cc kit from Thumper Racing (see the threads in the modifications section). We're developing a proper 350cc kit at the moment which will hopefully be less troublesome.

That would be awsome even a300 would be good , iv heard some truly terrifying thing about the diy conversation . what piston would it run? Will it be a full top end change ? Would the carbie need a lot changed ? Will the ttr drive gear Han na power bost ?
The largest overbore using the standard barrel gives you 263cc I believe. The 325 requires a new sleeve in the barrel, plus machining of the gearcase to accept it. Top end (head) is unchanged. Carb copes fine but we think it runs a bit rich so smaller jets required.

The 350 we are developing will have a completely new barrel to avoid the hairline crack issues associated with the 325. Awaiting first proof-casting from the foundry at the moment. Watch this space!
