Conditions-of-use for the "Wanted & For Sale" categories

The forum is pretty laid back with very few "rules" but I would like to add a couple of conditions-of-use for the "Wanted & For Sale" categories please:

1. A seller should post immediately when the item is gone and edit front of topic title in 1st post with 'SOLD'.
2. A hunter should post immediately when they have found what they were trying to buy and edit front of topic title in 1st post with 'GOT IT'.

Also, when selling please give a price and say where you are selling from.

Saves some trouble for buyers and sellers. 

Slightly less important, but an 'hooray - fixed it' is also nice once advice has been taken and has worked wink
