Carb Replacements!

Wondering if anyone has some experience on replacing the stock Carb in a 2005. Someone broke the inside wall of the Carb probably dropped it and tried repairing it, with ghetto procedures. Now it has a bad bog mid throttle. Just looking for good replacements instead of buying another stock one for $400.

$230 that's out of my funds range. I don't really know too much about carbs but I was really wondering if I could install a whole different kind. For a much lower price.

I have a carb here in Australia.  Its been sitting for ten year, came from a 2004 mod with a blown motor. It would need a major clean out.  Float posts are good. $50 plus postage
