Just had an email and some stunning photos from Esa. Thanks for sharing Esa biggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin

He says:

"Hi Brian&Trish

I returned from the trip about 10 days ago. We rode 6850km in 6 weeks and 2 days on small back-roads around central highlands and north vietnam. I must say that Vietnam must be 1 of the best countries for a roadtrip. (If you like jungles, mountains, rivers, millions of corners and jaw-dropping scenery) My bike worked quite nicely. Only a few flat tires.

If you ever decide travel somewhere around here, don't hesitate to ask for tips/routes/anything else. I have travelled around Southeast Asia extensively.

I apologise the poor quality of the pics. I must be the worst photographer in the world. I took plenty of pictures but none do justice.

Best regards

Esa"

I live in Vietnam and the best places for a dirt bike is in the Northern mountains. Jungles, hills, vast landscapes, no roads! The muddy, rainy season will kill even the mightiest KTM. You'll run out of steam picking up your bike a few times in the middle of a jungle :)

If anyone decides to come here feel free to drop me an email. We can go for a chat and maybe ride together.
