Wiring trouble! HELP!!!!!!

Okay, I  took my engine out to take it to a shape to get my top end rebuilt. But not that I have it back, I'm having trouble figuring out the wiring. I have been looking at wiring diagrams, but I'm terrible at trying to figure out what I'm looking at. Im stuck, bring to figure out what this wire needs to be connected to. and suggestions? confuse

Disclosure, the guy who had this bike before, pretty much ****ed it all up, to I'm trying to get it back in good standings.

Thanks guys!

I am hoping an American owner will step in and help you as I only have UK wiring photos and looms here. They are very different to the US looms as the UK loom includes provision for indicators and brake lights plus other things I have forgotten about.

The fuse box you are holding clips into the top of the battery box. The male bullet connector fits into a short wire that is spliced into the battery lead where it attaches to the solenoid. Indicated by the yellow arrow in the photo below.

The wire on the other side of the fuse holder goes into the wiring loom just behind and above the battery box. I can't find a good photo so have stolen one of Garry's. Just imagine the loom wire running up along the rear subframe rail biggrin

It comes out further forward on the LH side of the TTR to feed the ignition switch - see below:
