Yep that is a very thorough and tip full video, well done that man, looks as though he has done that many a time, he seemed to slip the wheel back in the swingarm pretty easily.
Says he only does the valve stem nut up gently against the rim, but I always back it right off against the dust cap. Also if you are inexperienced it might pay to carry one more lever and perhaps a bead buddy too.

Same here Pete plus I oval the hole slightly to let the valve stem tilt a bit to show if and when the tyre is moving on the rim. Otherwise the first you know about it is the valve rips out
