i was riding my ttr mid she just died like it was ch but it wasn't. The RPMS wasn't high, gas flow is good, I even put gas straight into the head and nothing happened a few minutes after I did that I tried to do it again and she back fired, and the spark plug is good

Welcome to the forum Tommy!

Your TTR's problem might be something like a leak in the inlet manifold but the fact that it happened suddenly makes me suspect valves. 

An open valve on the ignition stroke would cause a backfire.

My advice would be to get the cam cover off, engine to TDC and check the valve timing is still OK.
