hey up me ducks
bit of a strange question really
ive got a 2 bike trailer,its made by acorn trailers, its a proper bit of kit,galvanised, proper 10" wheels,tilting mechanism etc,
however SWMBO has had enough of it on the front lawn,so I'm gonna give in [ again ] and stick it round the back, BUT;
its got to go on its side to get down the side of the house, and it almost gives me and our lad a hernia carrying it,
does anybody make a set/pair of wheels to fit on the side??. I did see one somewhere on-line a while ago but cant remember
where, ive tried googling .. trailer castors,storage wheels,etc but I don't know the correct term and came up non the wiser
I reckon it would be a better with fixed wheels than castors ,I have about 50feet to move it ,including 4 steps down to my workshop
maybe it,ll be easier if I grow a pair and tell her its got to stay where it is lol, but I really want it under cover for the winter

I made this up from 4x2 with some industrial castor underneath 2 fixed and 2 swiveling. Slide under trailer. Then lift vertical...
This is how I got around not having room for a trailer when I first moved
to Christchurch.... bike was kept in a storage unit...
So I tossed this togeather at work...
I over engineered it just slightly..... don't need to be this big of strong...
Takes a couple minutes to put on or off.... just plugs into a fitting on
the tow bar with a couple of pins to hold it...
only draw back is removing the chain...
but not much good if yer need to tow more than one bike....
