Hi Mike
The repair looks perfectly OK to me. Do you think it has caused problems in some way?

Hi Brian
The current repair looks to be holding the pin although loosly
do you think it might be wise to leave at present.
If so how do I adjust the rich running
Sorry to be a pain carbaration not my strong point
cheers Mike
Unless the carb is flooding the rich running is likely to be to do with the air filter, main jet and/or needle position.
Does your TTR run better with the airbox cover off? If so, that tends to confirm the mixture is rich.
First off check the air filter is clean and not over oiled.
What size main jet have you got? Should be either 137 (most white TTRs) or 147 (most blue TTRs).
Also what is the setting of the needle?
