At £3.22 it's worth a shot! Might be vulnerable off road though?

Let us know if you try one wink

I ran one on my C90 with a larger engine fitted. They're pretty unreliable tbh, mine leaked oil too. After a while the temperature gauge got stuck as I assume the metal strip had warped.

There's a small electronic one you can get for around £30 that uses a washer round the spark plug that's better... I'll find a link..

I tried one no

Sensor is too long for the TTR and fouls on the gearbox internals. I tried it without the gauge to see if it was any good just as a replacement plug but the thread is too coarse. Fortunately it was only £3.22 wasted!

Anyone want to try one of these on their "non-TTR" bike(s)? If so, you can have one brand new and unused for a quid - see here

To get it at this price just add it to your next Totally TTRs order so that it gets posted for free along with your other parts wink

Forget those gauges, you don't need to check your temp very often and if you do want to get one of these things

$14.00 free post off ebay

I've used one on an a couple of rides on hot days, always seems normal.

also another good use is to make the dog chase the laser all round the house biggrin

Now that is fun a a really good use of this gadget  biggrinbiggrin
