We are taking a short break to recharge biggrinbiggrinbiggrinbiggrin

We will be out of the office from noon Friday 18th September to noon Saturday 26th September 2015

We are leaving house sitters but they are not going on the payroll!

A reminder of our absence will be displayed on the eShop front page but we are going to leave the shop open for you so you can still place your orders and all paid ones will be posted on Monday 28th September.

Last orders strictly by 10am please on Friday 18th - or we'll be late for check-in!

Brian & Trish

Back home now!

Feeling a bit shell shocked but slowly waking up. A nice cup of PG Tips is helping biggrin

Still reading through the old posts and it's great to see Pete, Martyn and others helping out with the problem solving. It shows what a great shared resource this forum is wink

Empanadillas - yep, those are the boys!

I spent my early years in Cornshire (Gooseham, Morwenstow) so have no problem with which County originated the pasty. I love 'em all - well, perhaps not so keen on the Ginster version. Philps (Hayle) make the king of pasties wink

I shall have to try Philps bakery sometime.

Pengenna in Bude is quite good I reckon. Locally its Premier Pastries in Yeovil for me.

Crimp top or crimp side is the burning question!...
