Eyup, thas welcum 'ere, John.

Ahm frum Sheffl'd misel, as near enuf to Yorkshire like thee. aww

But my wife and I emigrated to Devon a few years ago and it's 2 overcoats warmer down here.

A wiring diagram is at this CLICKY LINKY

The model depends on many things but generally if you say it's a 1994 TTR250 then the dealer will know what you mean.

Don't forget that Brian is the TTR man that can supply all you would ever want for your TTR.

He will be along soon to welcome you. wink

I haven't heard any feedback from anyone buying the eBay sprag clutches.

If you decide to try one, please let us know how you get on.

Any of these photos help?

OE connectors 004.jpg

OE connectors 005.jpg

OE headlight connectors 1.jpg

If not, do you mean any of these connectors and, if so can you pinpoint which one please?

Hmmm - struggling here. Can you post up a photo of the plugs please?

Are you asking about a 4-way connector and a two way connector?

If so can I ask you to confirm what colour wires go into the 4-way please?

The 2-way connector (blue/yellow and blue/white wires) that runs down the frame rail on the LH side is the side stand switch connector I think.

See here for info on the neutral switch- it's a single blue wire but that one runs down the back of the engine attached by two clips on the casing bolts.

The neutral switch looks like the photo in this advert

I thought the other was a block connector - possibly a 4 pin one?

Photos would really help wink

That's odd John confuse

The outer cover fixes on the black part by four Allen bolts. If you haven't got it, what's keeping the outer cover on?

If you have a digital speedo fitted it is worth getting the rest of the parts to make it work.

Regarding getting used parts at a good price then why not list the parts you want and put them in a Wanted advert here

Otherwise TTR parts are always advertised on eBay

And, if you get desperate, try here wink

Sorry mate but it is Sunday!

I packed the loom away this morning thinking we had finished with the wiring queries but will dig it out again to look in the morning.

Just to be clear. Is this what I am looking for?

a) a two pin block connector with one blue wire and either a blue/yellow or blue/white - male or female connector?

b) a single female bullet connector with 2 blue/white wires?

Brian

Loom side connectors for stator.JPG

OE connectors 005.jpg

I can't find a bullet connector with two wires - nearest to that is the neutral switch connector.
