It had brand new cats paw tires on it .and was in very original state .Reg number LEO4AZD . Thank you Peter Wilks
There was a gang up this way doing it not so long ago, they did several peoples lockups in different villages. Even brazen enough to do one in daylight.
While out sunday I got talking to a charming lady who was I beleive associated with cotswold enduro club and warwickshire branch of TRF we were chatting and subject of bike thefts came up she said she had heard of people trailering bikes from events and practice sessions being followed and targeted in thefts so please be aware of these situations if this is something that some of you may do not a new crime I know but always be observant of anyone you feel maybe taking an intrest a bit more than you feel normal .
Message from owner: "The power of social media, my son put a photo on Facebook and we had a message late last night from a girl who thought it looked just like one parked and now covered up opposite her house in Torquay , Son and friends rushed over and got our bike back! Just some ignition wiring and steering lock damage. Thanks for your help, Peter."
Good news then Brian if you get a name for the pond life that took it don't be afraid to name an shame them or pass it to me and I will. all you get to punish them with these days is stake them up on facebook an there names across the forum's. the law will just let them go with a naughty boy telling off up about 7-8 offences
