Okay I have done my conversion I'm happy with it but for those who want to do it cheaper Yamaha yzf 125r wheels are exsactly the same as Dt supermoto wheels but they are lighter and much more readily available for less money you would still need to make caliper extension bracket for the front hope this helps anyone wanting to take the plunge.

I think I might have to do that now! I could then have knobblies on one set of wheels, trials tyres on another and then a supermoto set. How did you find out that they were the same fit?

A freind has got a Dt and wanted to supermoto it on the cheap bought the yzfr wheels and they fitted straight in with the Dt spacers

Iv had the front and brake spacers made and brought the yzfr wheels what do I need to do to the rear spacers?

I run 14/47 day to day but often change to a 52 rear

what year yzfr125 wheels did you use? I bought a set of 2014 - 2016 wheels and they wont fit :9(
