Took a bloke out last week who'd never been off road in his life, he contacted me through the TRF forum as he also lives in Worcester. He picked up a brand new WK450rx, a Chinese copy of a Honda crf 450 (2006 model). The WK performed ok but cut out through every water crossing ! We think the cause was the breather pipes from the carb.
they are getting better... It just takes a bit longer for them to fall apart under now....
They will get there....I won't be buying one till they do...
Got a 125 pit bike for the boy a few years ago.... Lifan motor is all but as good as the Honda it's copyed from but the rest is just rubbish..still under a cover behind the shed...

To be fair the wk bikes are probably at the top end for chinese bikes and have all the bells and whistles but i cant see one doing a couple of years off roading so really the price is not worth the consideration when you can pick up decent second hand japanese and orange counterparts.when you look how many OE are still going strong and being used hard no brainer really .
My neighbour bought a Chinese supermoto thing. It looks and sounds lovely, but since buying it about 3 months ago its failed to start on more than one occasion. If it was taken laning I can't see it lasting long at all.
