I am new to the group having just bought a 93/94 ttr 250. It started fine when I bought it and I went to go out on it a couple of days later. Brill started first push of the button.
Well I stalled it and went to restart and all I got was the click from the solenoid. I have just replaced the solenoid with a brand new one from totally TTR and it is still clicking. I have checked and cleaned the engine earth and the earth to where the coil is mounted. The battery is reading 12.86 volts which is better than my zzr and that has no issues starting. The only other thing I can think of is the starter but how the hell does it come off. I have undone and removed the 2 bolts at the rear of it and released it from the front mount but can't figure how to get the thing off. Is there anything it could be as well that anyone can think of.
