First real hard ride of the season with my friends

The TTR was more then capable of running with the big boys. I'm the heaviest and carry a good 20lbs extra of pack.

The pic has

Honda XR 250

KTM 350 (brand new)

DR400

and of course, the king of off road needs no introduction.

Nice to see them all standing propped up safely.

Especially that KTM - their stands are reputedly made of rhubarb sticks. biggrinbiggrin

Its funny you say that. The XR stand broke only minutes after this picture was taken. The KTM had a rubberband to hold its stand up.

I will 2nd that Nice to see a old XR still pounding the dirt. the only Enduro with an ass friendly seat like a TTr. Just look at that ass killer on the Ktm there

 Funny you say that, when I was up the Flinders Bruce has a KTM690R asked I wanted a ride, well the big KTM goes like stink but the vibs are bad & the seat not so good either.

He loved the TTR, he said the ride was really good, seat was good & don't even feel the bumps.

BTW I've had 2 XR's & yes the seat was good, sold the XR400 to buy the TTR
