Nipped out after me tea up to the Pigeon Tower at Rivington. Nowt too taxing going up but jeebuss it's a filling smasher going down the other side. Too many dogs and scouts to mess about so a steady one it was.

Hopefully, I'm in Rick mate. As for the bevvy it's Joseph Holt supped at the Black Dog Belmont. Every pint of bitter is judged against Joey's, this one was a tad cold.
