Hey peeps. Just incase some of you didn't know, Bing online maps have free up to date zoomable U.K ordnance survey maps on there website, handy for checking byways and orpa. You can also flick to birdseye view above a lane to check out the lay of the land and if there are gates etc. Check it out.biggrinClick below!

I've been using Bing Maps in preference to Google Maps for ages.

Ordnance Survey shows the detail but before accepting the shown trails as legal it's wise to check their status with the Local Authority.

Ignorance isn't a defence, unfortunately, otherwise I'd be untouchable. biggrin

You really do have some great trails and scenery out there, lawrence valley track looks fun! I quite fancy a bike holiday out to new zealand one day. Yeah those sites have been well put together.
