Hi everyone. I've putting together a 2002 ttr250 that I bougut in pieces. I've got a genuine service manual and I also refer to partzilla for assembly of the engine. Has anyone experienced parts that Yamaha have "thrown in" to keep it interrsting? For example the oil pump is pictured with a housing around the gear or the clutch push shaft has an oring in the schematiC. Also the primary drive gear has 2 lock washers. The previous owner done a good job of disassembly and I've nearly got the bottom end sorted. I'm a mechanic by trade so I have some idea (not saying I'm better than anyone!) it's the little things that have you buggered! Cheers.
