From top-left clockwise, road legal pit bike, great fun. 1993 TTR 250 Open Enduro, 1976 Honda C70, the first bike I bought at 14, to do up, bought as a non-runner, yet fired up second proper kick with a new plug and fresh fuel, what an easy project. no Then my 1991 MT5, what a machine, you can't see at the back there, but there's a box of bits for it, forks and whole front end off a drum model MTX 125, engine from a H100, racing reed block from a CR80, CDI box for a H100, carb from an NS125F, expansion chamber off an MTX80, some shocks of the old twinshock CR80, already bolted up, gonna try to get my hands on the rear wheel off an 18 inch CG125 and a box of fresh plastics, bought it at 16 but can't bring myself to let her go.

Down a row, my 2005 Honda Varadero 125, cracking little commuter, then my latest 1994 Honda CRM 250 MK III, which is quite a bit more lively than the Yam, but essentially the same.

Then out the back, my other project:

It's a 1982/83 GPZ550 Unitrak, it seems OK but I'm not that interested in it really. I reckon it would make a good café-racer or something. But I can't bring myself to chop it up when it's in such original condition, I may just do her up to tip-top mechanical shape then go touring on her with my mate, he's got a GSX600F and a DT125R for mudding duty.

So that's that, just thought I'd show off the collection.

That's what I told my mum, she's having none of it. biggrin

I've got 12 push bikes in there, can't really see them, 10 more in the shed, a few more in the garden, 4 petrol lawn-mowers, and an old diesel cement mixer. When my dad sold his old GS850, I immediately filled the gap with that pit-bike, then had a bit of a shuffle and managed to cram that CRM in. With another shuffle with the push bikes and spare wheels and tyres knocking about, I reckon I could get a decent ty250 in there somewhere, or an IT200, something with a Yamaha badge and smokey. But he wants to put an Enfield in there or a Deauville. disbelief

I'm a proper hoarder. I had a CB125T engine in the living room for ages! Until my uncle came and took it away, he bought it to swap over in his CM125, after some div ran it without oil, just wanted me to have a fiddle.

WOW, thats-a whole lota fun crammed into one small space. Is that a chimney sweep brush on top of the white cabinet?
BTW- don't underestimate the Kawasaki 550. Probably should not say this here but I'm a KAW-man myself and my first love is my 1980 KZ650F that I bought new and still own and ride. It handles better than the harley and has always been my favorite bike to ride. Good to see I'm not the only freak with more bikes than sense. (no offense)
