hi, I did a little off-roading today. When accelerating from walking pace in first gear, there is a noticeable vibration through the footrests which goes away as the revs rise.  Anyone experienced the same thing ?  any suggestions what to look at ? Thanks in advance

First up is to check your engine and head steady bolts are all tight.

The second most likely cause is something to do with the chain and sprockets. Is front sprocket fitted the correct way around and is the retaining nut tight? Are all the rear sprocket bolts tight? Is the rear wheel correctly aligned?

If you say yes to all the above then I am sure we can come up with some more ideas wink

Mine did that felt like somthing serious it turned out to be the rear engine bolt needed tightening .

A bit hard to get to but worth checking

WOW so glad I read this post I had the exact same sort of vibration.. Saw this thread got home checked and sure enough the lower rear mount bolt was a little loose 

now NO VIBRATION..

 

so happy dayz but definitely one to keep an eye on biggrin
