I need to replace the two leaking o-rings, part number appears to be 5Y1-14397-00 but judging by the price of the genuine Yamaha part they must be made of gold.

Hence does anyone know their size so that I can pick up some replacements from the local suppliers?

Well after finding some best fit O rings the diaphragm which wasn't leaking clearly didn't like being moved and now is.

Lesson learnt and I have now ordered a new diaphragm from TotallyTTRs.com, and some new O rings just in case.

After 8 weeks off the bike with a broken foot all I want to do is go for a ride so hurry up post man biggrin

The diaphragm and O rings are packed and will be posted 1st Class today Mark so only one more sleep to go before Christmas morning  wink

As it says in our ad "To help get a good seal, make sure all corrosion etc is cleaned off before refitting, I rub the cover on a sheet of fine wet & dry paper on a dead flat surface to give it the best possible chance."

Thanks Brian. Received, fitted, carb leak free, bike MOT'd and a weekend planned of being out on two wheels again.

Christmas means getting a pair of socks, this is loads better !!
