Nowadays I plan to buy a enduro bike.... I found this ttr 250

Road legal, 2 set of wheel, seller says that 1995, perfect speedometer, little drip the on  oil cooler hose, scratches on the tank

What do you think, what happened with the silencer? Why will be yellow?

What do you think about the bike?

Looks good to me mate, I'd buy it. Mind you, I bought mine hmm

Seriously though, it looks like it has some good bits and some bad bits.

Swinging arm looks nice, plastics are pretty good (way better than mine), and it has a kick start too. smile

The kickstart, oil cooler and spare set of wheels & tyres are worth about £450 so I reckon it makes the TTR good value even if you find work needs doing.

The expensive repairs would involve the starter, starter gears and sprag clutch so check the starter sounds good and no loud clunk from the engine on shut down. Do that a few times as sometimes even a worn sprag might only click on shut down occasionally.

Don't let any problem like this put you off - if there is a problem you should be able to beat the price down to allow for it.
