Reluctantly selling my much loved TTR after doing a hare and hounds event yesterday i feel i need more power to get up the hills

2005 55 plate 13500 miles ,comes with B and B bash plate ,fmf q4 exhaust 52 -150 jets twin air filter with snorkel opened up ,totally ttrs lowering link (comes with original) ,valves recently reshimmed ,carb rebuilt with new diaphram ,recent wheel bearings and linkage bearings ,top shock bearing polybushed ,recent o ring chain and sprockets ,oil changed regularly ,sprag clutch done last year

I have lots of spares inc oil filters ,spark plugs ,full set of wheel bearings and seals ,starter switch ,fork seals and two sets of progrip gaiters ,sprockets ,clymer maunal and probobly other stuff too

I will be putting the indicators and number plate back on this week and i can mot it if the buyer wishes

Il get some better pics up once i get it cleaned later

I am prepared to sell the bash plate and lowering link seperatly if the bike doesnt sell and same with the parts i have but id prefer them to go with the bike

 

I think £1550 as it stands and £1700 with mot is fair but im open to suggestions and offers on the bike with or without the parts and any parts

may do a deal on a more modern four stroke trail bike wr 250f or similar

Sorry to see you selling your bike, such a sad sight. no

I have plenty of power uphill and find the TTR250 easier to ride uphill than my WR400.

I find it perfect for trail riding but the hills i attempted yesterday were very different to the gravel tracks youve shown there

Very steep mixture of muddy wet sandy stuff and the ttr just hasnt got what it takes so sadly needs must no
