I have 3 gopro's a SD , HD & Gopro 3, I used the gopro 3 on my helmet for this trip & the HD on the rearward shots, I use a remote on the bars that turns both on at the same time.
The rearward camera is using a RAM mount off the side using the hole near the chain guard, my mate also used a RAM mount / Gopro 2 & swapped sides during our trip.
Glad you enjoyed them, was pretty slack as I did not edit any video..might get round to it one day

Such long long trails with not a hint of tarmac - nothing at all like that in the UK - nearest would be France I guess
Are they used for recreation, agriculture, access, logging, or something else?
Brian
on one day we rode 400kms & 330kms of that were dirt / gravel roads & farm tracks, other days were dirt only. We did 960kms over the 3 & a bit days with a total of max of 170kms on the black top.
The trip around Mt Samuel takes around 1.5hrs & is the best ever ride, long uphill sections with plenty of rocks / ruts creeks & wash-aways. The videos are too long but it's just too hard to pick the highlights.
The PAR (public access route) is through station tracks & again great to ride, lots of rocks & creek crossings, we were riding out from a place called Blinman & riding in all directions from our base, if you look on Google Earth you will get an idea of where we were.
Most of the twin track & narrow roads were either station (huge farm to you from the UK) or Public Access routes also stations, the PAR video is through 2 stations, the Ark to Copley is through 3 stations & Mt Samuel is through 1 station, Glass gorge is a public road to give you an idea.
