Hi all

As title says does anyone know the part number of the chain case, this is what the yamaha manual calls it but I would call it achain guard. Also, where is the best place to order parts for the older bikes if you want a genuine item ?

See pic above. Which part(s) do you need?

The only after-market part I am aware of is #17 in the green circle - see here - otherwise it's all genuine Yamaha parts.

Thanks Brian it's the number 22 and I thought it would be a genuine item. Can you get hold of genuine parts or do you know where I can go? Btw I have just emailed you an order too!

I am guessing that as yours is an older model you need part #22 in the top of the pic rather than the longer one at the bottom which is usually only fitted to the blue TTRs?

If so, I can provide the information you need.

Martin the partsman at MotoWard is very good for genuine Yamaha parts - also Fowlers of Bristol.
