Chain Replacement - Master Link Question
Permalink

I had a quick question, I'm installing a new chain and it comes with two different ways to put the master link together. With the O-Ring or Standard. Thanks in advance.

There is not two different ways, only one. The O-ring chain obviously uses the O-rings but it still gets put on the same way.

Mike - there are many types of chain available but they are all of a basic design. wink

You can't yet buy a chain that has the option of rubber rings or none - you buy a chain WITH them or WITHOUT them.

Connecting the chain to your bike is not a problem - the kit normall includes the required linkage. smile
