On the UK TTR I don't think there are any grease nipples on the swinging arm as standard.

Unless you have an early model (e.g. 1994 model) you will not have the grease nipples fitted.
The plastic plug that he is talking about Martyn is part number 45 above.

Looks like you are missing the RH side swingarm cap/plug but the grease nipple will be the LH side.
Oh, just so you know, the swingarm cap is the same on the following models-
