None of the above the valve seat had previously failed so they machined the head and put in a new valve seat problem is when these head get these inserts the constant hot cold hot cold the insert gets loose and eventually falls out. When It does it bends the valves hits piston and causes a lot of problems.

Oh, okay well any TTR250 cylinder head from 1993-2013 will fit.

Unsure what im doing yet but i may break my bike due to smokey engine ,starter clutch problems and its not registered so not worth that much ,the engine runs but smokes so the head would need new stem seals and possibly valves cleaned up and seats re cut

What would you pay roughly for a head in this condition ?

I bought mine off eBay only listed one on eBay uk was at £550 but got down to £350 that was with cam shafts and very good condition there is one on eBay USA all I can day is good luck finding rare and expensive not many come up
