Hi everyone, looking to pick up a ttr soon. I want to use this to commute to work all year round and maybe gentle greenlaning, this will keep my Tuono in better nick and also give me a bit of fun at slower speeds. Having a bit of a problem finding one up here in Scotlandlandshire so far. The nearest so far is 165 miles from here. Bit far on a 250 at this time of year for my old body.

Welcome to the forum John and good luck in the TTR hunt biggrin

There are a few Scotlandshire TTR owners on here so I hope you won't feel too isolated!

Out of interest, what made you decide to go for a TTR?

Brian

Welcome, John, to the TTR forum.

Good luck in your search and let's hope you find a good one.

Tbh they look the best value for the money, also the reviews from the press are always good. I have been looking at xr 250s but getting a good one is difficult especially an L model as I need one with a key as it will be left outside at work. I used to have a kdx when I was young but I think the neighbours would have issues with the noise of a twosmoke at 6.30 am, it's bad enough starting up the Aprilia
