I wanted to share this link for boats.net. I've found that this website consistently has the best price for OEM replacement parts, and their shipping is very reasonable (at least in the US). Their prices are usually 30-50% below MSRP.
www.boats.net Click on Yamaha OEM parts on the left of the homepage and then select Yamaha Motorcycles and enter your bike info.

I am pretty sure that everyone knows about Boats.net apart from newbies. I personally like Partzilla as most things are cheaper.

Being on the West Coast (of North America), I personally find Yamaha Sports Plaza (www.yamahasportsplaza.com/) to be a better retailer with competetive prices. Being in the same time zone is nice when you need to talk to someone over the phone.
When I was in desperate need of a stator Boats.net botched my order and offered no compenstation other than to expidite it to me at a cost of $100. Luckily Yamaha Sports Plaza had the part ($35 cheaper too) and was able to ship it to me in time to save my dirt bike trip. I'm sure mistakes happen in any company so I'm not trying to slam Boats.net, just figure I'd post a positive recomendation for a dealer that showed great customer support and prices.
